I believe beauty is and must be available to all.
I believe when we have eyes to see, it is around us everywhere - in a person, in your kitchen, in a moment, in an exchange, in a perspective, around a table, in creating in words.
I believe it requires slowing down, being still and SEEing, really truly seeing.
I believe the truest of true beauty is found in the most ordinary, every day moments.
I believe you don't need to be an artist in order to capture these moments, rather, you need to #livestayingawake and learn how to use your tools for remembering; pen, paper camera, paint brush.
It has become my passion to teach and inspire other women how to do this very thing. To see your every day life and know how to document it in a beautyFULL, not perfect, way. And then you will see this lovely quilt of your life being woven together. One that you will pass on to generations.
With all of this in mind, I have put together a half day workshop here on our land where I will teach you what this looks like with photography, foraging in nature, creating in community and over delicious food and moments and words. A photograph is just one way to document your life story and while we will explore this and lighting in depth, the art of seeing is just as important.

- The power and practice of art journaling
- Wander through Haven Hill Gardens
- Forage on our land and learn how to really see and how a simple perspective change can change everything
-You will enjoy fresh food from our garden and local places in a gourmet picnic lunch
-Plant something beautiful for you to watch grow in your home
-Kitchen Demonstration in my kitchen of simply cooking with herbs.
-We will take time to see, practice creating art, write and walk which is all a part of Living fully awake
